I need some general info on CS:Source

I haven't ordered HL2 of steam so I can't play CS:Source..but for the people who have played it, could you give me kind of a run down on how the game really is?? Is it better than the CS:CZ or anything else..or is everything just the same??

I love the game. You really have to try it out to get the feel for it. The graphics are great (you need a somewhat upgraded rig to play it at sexy settings), the ragdoll and physics are just a lot of fun I feel like back in the days when I first played cs beta 1.2. That's a long time ago.

I suggest you buy it, since it isn't really that expensive and you get HL2 in two weeks

It's not exactly finished (not many maps, only 1 model for each ct and t), but it does *feel* like CS and is quite fun to play. It can only get better when valve release more maps/models for it.

exactly how I feel about it, the more I play it, the more I love it.
I could never stand CS... but CS:S has something.. it is just a lot more immersive, and a lot more fun... I play it daily.

not finished by any means is all i can say. lack of skins and maps...was really a quick decision to release the game and piss vu off imo...but it rocks anyway :E

I loved CS
but CSS is even better! Physics r v cool, so are the amazing graphics and it just generally feels slightly nicer
