What crap, I was expecting a serious documentary. I guess I should have been suspicious of a documentary that was shown in cinemas.

(I have no clue how to spell Farenhight BTW, crazy Americans and their temperatures)

Faren-Height

Farenheight.

You guys do have height in Ireland right? :p

Anyway, the movie is pretty hit or miss most of the time. He brings up good points, but is incredibly biased. Bowling for Columbine's even worse.

With his bias? The movie itself is entertaining to watch, but he's too biased for my tastes.

I like his show, The Awful Truth, a lot better. Only Michael Moore thing I can recommend, that and Roger and Me.

I was talking about bias, yeah. I showed Bowling for Columbine to my cousin's ex-boyfriend, who was a green beret in the army, and obviously very conservative, and even he found it at least somewhat open-minded.

Plus, I'm totally anti-gun, so yeah.

Meh, I won't dive into my whole philosophy of it, but yeah, it's just my belief.

I still think that Fahrenheight 9/11 was more biased though, c'mon, there wasn't an OUNCE of open-minded-ness in it. Plus, he didn't blatantly say in Bowling For Columbine "yeah, guns are why so many get murdered." Like he said "yeah, bush is a douche and you are too if you voted for him" in F9/11

It's pretty good and entertaining, but you should take it with a grain of salt.

Fahrenheit, actually. Eejits.

I think the docufilm was well set out and well presented. Although obviously biassed somewhat, the questions raised were based on solid grounds. I don't trust the US government one bit. At the end of the day, everyone with power is in it for as much money as they can get. That's all it boils down to.

I thought it was quite well made, but still hopelessly biased. That said, he does raise a few good points in it.

What was crap about it? Can you do a slightly more serious review of it?

This might come as a shock to most that know me but I have not actually watched the full movie yet, just parts of it.

Michael Moore spreads his bullshit nice and thick, but that doesn't mean his message is bullshit as well. A fair amount of his words do carry some weight. And I'll be damned if he isn't entertaining.

Shit, I like Moore just because he's got some balls. It's amazing that people get into such an uproar over Moore's films, but nobody seems to really give a rat's ass about fabrications from the administration. If an overdose of crap from Moore is what the people need to start thinking about the motives and methods of Bush & Co., then I'm all for it. At the very least, he's an acceptable counterbalance to crazy ****ing nutjobs like Coulter and tight-assed egocentrics like O'Reilly.
