I see info_player_start but no info_player_deathmatch!

I'm a HL2 nub and I would just like to know the reason why I have access to every entity under the sun, save for the one that I so deathly need, info_player_deathmatch

Simply put, it does not show in the list.

I've tried the following:

1. Giving a blank entity the name manually
2. Refreshing the SDK content

Neither worked. Can anyone help me?

Try closing Hammer, and selecting Halflife 2: Deathmatch in the Source SDK window before reopening Hammer.
