Or some weird disease that involves my face.

Backstory: A few months ago, I got a really bad itch on the side of my face in math class, and ended up scratching it until it left a dark red mark, which became a brown-ish scab type thing by the next morning. That same day, a mole in the itch-radius scabbed over and I ended up peeling it off easily.

So cut to a few months later (yesterday, actually). I haven't got the itch, and the mole has grown back just dandily. BUT, yesterday, in science, guess what?! The itch came back, and I ended up scratching it for about 20 minutes, then the area started pussing, and an odd brown texture would get inbetween my face. And once again, I woke up today to find a nice brown scab-ish thing on that same area of my face, EXACTLY where the other scab was a few months ago. I'm too big of a pussy to see if my mole has scabbed over though.

So, yeah, I'll probably see a doctor soon to get a professional opinion, but does anyone have any idea of what this may be?

Probably a skin condition.
Anymore than that.
We're not doctors.
The Internet is a terrible doctor, do a google and you'll convince yourself you have leukemia or something.

A parasitical infestation?

Yeah, just go see a doctor.

I very much doubt you have cancer.

I also warn you that it's likely someone will come into this thread and shout "is it ALIEN CANCER?"

Probably just an allergy to maths. And science.

I reccommend you stay away from education.

All I get on google though is "PAY FIFTY BUCKS AND GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REEAAALL DOCTORS!"

And it's the whole "mole peeling off like a bandage" thing that makes me think that I may have cancer.

That's where the fast and poison headcrabs come from in halflife 2.

Unlucky.

Scratching it for 20 mins was smart.

Is it Alien Cancer?

Didn't you also post a thread about how you pissed blood? I think you need a doctor.

...and this is why you shouldn't post about cancer on forums.

mate if you are pissing blood, that is not a good sign regardless of the night before

I'm not even sure if it WAS blood, is the other thing. Regardless, it hasn't happened since, so huzzah.

Semen can cause slight discolouration of the skin if left for a reasonable amount of time. Before discolouration starts the semen will dry giving you a scab effect. IF left for a few days it will burn your skin resulting in a unsightly blister.

Yes, see your doctor ASAP.

Your science class probably just gives youi a wierd rash. Mine does to me, too, actually.

I think I actually do have cancer, though. I have this tiny little sore on my wrist, just a little pink dot, it looks like I pulled otu a hair, or got stabbed with a pencil or something. I've had it as long as I can remember. It never changes.

And... you haven't gotten it removed... Why?

I'm no expert, but wouldn't it have spread if it was cancer? Unless it only spread on the inside where you can't see, and you are going to die in 0.4 days.

I never thought of it whenever I was at the doctor's. I only ever notice it about once a year. And yeah, I was figuring it would get bigger, but I can still move my hand good and all, and I can't feel anything in there... I don't know how fast cancer grows, though.

I had a 'growth' on my thumb once - it was like a wound that never healed up properly, and it started to grow some weird black-headed mole-type thing that was made up of individual 'strands' of skin... So I cut it out, myself. I pulled it out from the roots, put some TCP and savlon on my thumb, then a plaster (aka a band-aid). It healed up perfectly after that.

"Cancer cells can break away from a primary tumor, penetrate into lymphatic and blood vessels, circulate through the bloodstream, and grow in a distant focus (metastasize) in normal tissues elsewhere in the body."

Either you've just been lucky for the past "as long as I can remember" or it's not cancer.

Either way check it out D:

What is with all the people you see on the internet that post about this shit but for some reason NEVER go to the doctor about it? It's ridiculous.

I haven't seen a doctor in like 10+ years.

But then again, I don't have weird growths nor do I pee blood.

its not cancer. but you're a fool for not having gone to the doctor by now.

I used to have warts on my foot until I cut them out. They bled like crazy for a few minutes so I had to hold my foot over the toilet. But damn was it every satisfying to get the buggers. They look kinda like little onions.

thanks for that.

it's reasons like this that make me not want to go into dermatology (that and it's one of the hardest specialties to get into)

:x i have warts on my toes too. Do they hurt when you cut them out? They look ugly :\

I've seen my doctor 4 times. 18 months, 9 years old, 15 Scratched Eye, 16 ankle I twisted 3 times in a week.

Just see your doctor, but if you want my medical advice.

I'm pretty sure you have the new virus going around. It's nothing serious like AIDS or Cancer or even a Cold, but soon you should start puking up blood and possibly some organ tissue. Just watch out cuz minutes after all that you might die. Anyway, theres no known cure so good luck!

I remember when I was about 9-10, I had a few verucas on my foot, including this big one that actually could have a large bit just cut off with scissors and it was fine. Then one day I ripped the bastard out with my fingers, was so satisfying with the root coming out.

I was proud.

Facial herpes.

Stop nuzzling the kooch of whatever skanky ho you're hooked up with.
