Actually I don't think Gordon would like to show her who's the daddy. She's a nice devil-may-care kind of girl, I really sympathize with her, especially not knowing her destiny. She can't be possibly dead.

Ditto, I was more concerned that Dog was going to get wasted in HL2, not Alyx. That would have sucked. Dog is badass.

I really liked her. I don't know if I want her to be dead or not. If G-man didn't ''save'' her she must be dead. Even if she survived the explosion itself she must have been thrown of the roof. Otherwise she must have been killed my combine soldiers.

Gabe was referring to Alyx's Backstory. So, that's no proof that she doesn't die.

Its possible that the G-Man would offer a job. She was able to hack through most of the Combine systems and kill soldiers to. Since he can manipulate time, he could easily go back after hes done talking to you.
