I want to be able to play halflife2/CSS on both my PC at home and my Laptop at School

Can I do this? I really want to play CSS at school when Im bored but I dont want to buy another copy im not sharing the game with anyone I just want to play my game on 2 machines I miss CSS when Im at school lol.
