I was just playing HL2

I exit out, and HL. CSS, and HL2 all say "pre-load complete" instead of 100% downloaded. What process do I have to go through to re insure that the games are really mine to steam? urgent help please

Restart Steam; failing that, restart your computer. It happens occasionally, but it's easy to fix.

Yea, it's happened to me a couple of times.

It happens to everyone.

He's right. It's happened to me twice but after restarting Steam it's fine for me. Still don't know why it does it though.
