Admins or moderators,
I spent 10 mins writing up a well thought out reponse to reply to some missconceptions people were having with supposed screen shots that were posted about Half-Life 2. Then after proof reading then clicking submit I get a permissions error. I look for the topic I posted in and oddly it's dissapeared. This annoyed me, but I just assumed someone posted something extremly bad in it while I took my time replying. So I let it slide as I found it understandable. I found another topic on the same subject more or less, but this one had a reply from a moderator saying that he won't delete this thread. But then right afterwards I once again spent another 10 mins making another well thought out reply to this thread, only to have another permission error upon submiting. And the thread is completely gone now, even though a moderator said it wasn't going to be deleted.
Now im slightly pissed, because I wasted my time trying to get what I had to say out before having to leave for work, and for nothing. Now I have to go or I will be late.
Please relax on the thread deleting and just censor the parts in the threads that contain questionable content. That way my replys would still be seen and my time would have been well spent. I understand that you have to keep the discussions in check, but there has to be a better way than randomly deleting topics that people are reading and replying too.
