Well, if you decide to do that, then you will be in complete and total violation of your ISP's (clear.net's) acceptable use policy and we won't have any qualms contacting them to have your account with them investigated/closed.

Keep in mind we have complete IP logs of every clear.net router you have used, your machine IP's, time of logon and account creation... everything.

Furthermore, New Zealand is just passing some new legislation which would make your proposed actions criminal (rather than only a breach of your contract with clear.net).
