I'am (almost) broke.

Ok - with HL2 on 16th nov, Halo 2 on 9th and GTA SA this month - I'll be literally broke.

$150 within 2 months.

Anyone else having the same dilema?

nope, i just got a new job and will be getting my first paycheck on the 5th of november, i will then purchase hl2 via steam and throw down the rest of the cash for halo 2 at eb and i'll still have a shitload of money left for rent/groceries/gas/entertainment/the woman

Well, I won't be broke but the next 2 months certainly are gonna be draining on the ol' checking account.

No doubt I will be buying Half-Life 2 and GTA:SA on the release day. But I guess I will have to wait to buy Jak 3, Ratchet & Clank 3, Ace Combat 5 and Killzone, thou I don’t have any money for all of the games. :/

and nope...I've got the dough...games on my list so far is Flatout(nov 5th) HL2 and possibly GTA:SA(not too sure and that though, and I can probably wait till the prize go down some)

Not particularly... If I manage to scratch up $160, I'll have my Halo 2 and Xbox Live, and then I'm all set with HL2 fully prepaid at EB.

I'm buying COD:UO, HL2, and a new video card. Also a better modem/connection if I want to play either online. Anyone know if the CE is coming out in NZ/Aus? If not, just normal but on DVD?

i have Bloodlines pre-ordered.. and will need a second copy of HL2.
so..

anyway i am surprised a bit at pple around here on how many games they claim to purchase around here.
now granted most pple here are kids generally and live with their parents and in most cases parents buy the games... but don't parents nowadays refuse to buy games some of the time?

i remember i was refused many times as a kid... oh well :|

I'm still trying to figure out how exactly I'm going to buy Half-Life 2. It's not really a money issue, just getting my parents to let me buy it. I already tried getting my sister to give it to me as a "Thanksgiving present," but that didn't work out too well. Maybe if I get my parents to give it to me as an early Christmas-birthday-graduation gift :O... yes, that might work!!!
