Ice Age In Britain On Its Way

Horizon (i think, don't quote me on it!) did a program last year on this scenario, was quite interesting and about time somone took a look at the other effects of global warming
 
If that does happen, all you brits can come hang out at my place in Texas. We'll have Half-Life 4 LAN parties all day and night and not care that your country's experiencing an ice age (at least I won't). But you'll have to pay to stay.

Edit: But this global warming thing should be taken more seriously.
 
pppppffft, they don't wanna go to Texas. Come to Canada eh. Theres lots to do here... chop trees, tap trees for syrop, ride beavers... and other such fun activities. ;)

Actually the earth has been long overdue for an ice age. Some scientists think that global warming is what's holding it off.

If you come to Texas you'll only need a boat and some money. They'll give you a free shotgun when you purchase a used truck at select car dealerships.

believe me ppl, I know, I used to live down south in North Carolina and the Only thing I miss is the delicious fast food and maybe the sun :)

Pressure also has a pretty good angle. Ive been to florida a couple times and it wouldnt be a bad place to live ;)

edit: If you come to Canada come to B.C. it's almost the pnly place in Canada thats normal ;) well... atleast we dont acually ride beavers and that kinda stuff... but we have trees.... trees are good right... maybe some lumberjacks too... not sure if they where red flannel(spl?) shirts though.

lol.....how is -20c ice age temps? I live in Edmonton and it was -54c today.......the other night was -57c.

houston is awesome. i mean, really, why go to buffalo with it's "morbidly obese people" when you could come to the city ranked the fattest in the us!!! and the air pollution, who could refuse that? and if you get tired of that there's always our fabulous weather with lots of weird little storms.
 
Damn, Houston Texas has Morbidly obese people AND lung rotting air pollution? Well what place could be better to wait out an ice age in.
 
of course. why die of cold when you could die of respiratory problems. the respiratory problems are clearly the better alternative!!

I have relatives in Edmonton so I used to go there a lot.... It's cold, and there are no beavers. They have what used to be the largest mall in the world (I was born across the street from it accually)

so yeah I guess it's not because of twisted things wrong with Edmonton that would make you not want to go there.... It's a lack of twisted thing that would make you want to go there;)

lol Canada isnt very twisted at all acually... I find the U.S. weirder than here.
 
Screw everyplace else, Florida is the place to be. Whats better then hot, big boobed women in bikinis? I can tell you beavers aren't.
