IchI's First Rifle Concept :D

yo, hello everyone. I am a modeller normally. But I still need to be handy with art work. I have made my first Rifle concept sicne I am wanting to get better at it. What do u think?

Try and comment on the look of it and its practical use. I know I have like copyed all different types of rifles. But what do u expect me to do

Not bad... size in real life? The grip looks a little small compared to the rest of the model...

Also, I'd reduce the height of that arch thing with the scope, and extend the foregrip foreward...

yw, its not actually going to have a scope on. I jsut couldn't be assed to delete it. Its the same with the silencer.

The mag capacity is about 12 and it only fires one shot at once.

Is that little rectangle above the clip just to make it look better or is it for cartridge ejection? Just curious because that would make it a left handed gun. Perhaps im mistaken though because it looks to small for empty casings.

the button above the clip is the release and also the bullet ejection is on this side of the gun because I like it like that. It looks better when in a game

Well being on the other side would be better for most people anyway. Its just that guns with clips that far back have to be one sided so as not to get burning hot casings flying into your face.

And you need a grip for the whole hand, not just for the trigger.

Other than that, it looks neat.

they are 2 levels to hold with your left hand, one has triangles on it. Also you put your thump through the back whole and grasp the trigger.

Safty? Pfffftttt lets just blow some people up

Then it's a light semimachine gun.

Also, the grip is too near the shoulder hold. Maybe you should separate tham a little bit more. A little more distnance or else, it would have to be a huge gun.

ye it is suposed to be very big. your left arm normally rests the gun on the first grip with triangles and you can rest it on walls etc... with the next level.

I might remake it with kinda the same concept and take into acount what you all have said. Thanks for all your comments I really apreshiate it

Heh, the comment about the hot casings made me think of that bit in "The Gods Must Be Crazy" where the two guerillas are firing up at the helicopter, and one of them is hitting the other in the head with his casings...
