I think Steam should have an option to where you can install the games, and not only on the same folder steam is situated.

Also i would like to see, if Valve could fix some place to store our "Saved games" in the steam accounts.

i read , in the valve speaks section i beleive(athough i may be wrong) that there were plans to have roving profiels and saves, as you can access your steam games with any broadband-connected pc. It does not work, currently, but maybe it will get implemented soon.

That would take ALOT of HD space if I get what you mean.

Actually no, if it was only saved games then I think that would be fine.
