Alright so I only have a short clip of the song, but its not continuous. I have looked everywhere and asked everyone, no one knows. If anyone could even identify the female vocalist that would help too.

Shazam needs a tad more than a 10 second clip (most of which has no identifiable beats) - and take it from me that this tune is very rare - it's almost certainly not on the shazam database.
