A Brazilian woman has died after being struck by her husband's coffin when the hearse they were travelling in was involved in a car crash.

The 67-year-old woman was on the way to the cemetery to bury her husband, who had died the day before.

The hearse was struck from behind by an Alfa Romeo car, police said.

The coffin slammed into the head of the woman, who was sitting in the passenger seat of the hearse, killing her instantly, according to officers

I laughed so hard at that news I had a coffin fit.
 
What's it going to say on the coroners report? "Died from a bad case of coffin."

You guys are missing the truth behind this.

The man is actually still alive, and he planned everything out to kill his wife. He faked his death. He made sure she rode in the passenger seat. He had his buddy rent a car under a fake name and ram it into the back of the hearse. Duh.
 
In an afterlife scenario
husband: "lol wtf"
wife: "what the hell just...shit"
