I dont know what this means. Certainly the Nazis were trying to build an uber army once upon a time. But that finished when they did about 60 years ago.

As for Schindlers List (unless you are referring to another movie by Spielberg) that was a reasonably accurate portrayal of life for Jews under the Nazis. He spoke to many survivors and had them on the set. Ralph Feinnes dressed as the SS Commandant in his black uniform innocently strolled over to say hello to one woman concentration camp survivor in between takes. She fainted.
