i know for a 100% that Hilary Clinton will run next election and i'm 70% (maybe more) that she wins, i've heard somewhere that the only reason thta Kerry ran last election is to lose and prepare ground for Hilary

As opposed to pugnacious military-loving Bush, pissing away your budget and economy on a program of armament the likes of which the globe has never seen and is completely unnecessary, not to mention extremely good at damaging other social services that are more important such as healthcare and schools.
