If you get the GOLD pack from Steam, Do you get a HARD COPY of the game?

You get an empty box, the same as the CE box, for collection purposes. No CDs or DVDs.

ummm..isn't the CE a retail package? So, you would have to get a hard copy of the game.

Retail CE gives you the game on DVD. Along with a few extra goodies.

Steam gold gives you all that useless crap, no hard copies of the game, and the CE box.

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed to know. No point in spending 100 bucks with no ****ing hard copy of the games on DVD. I like purchasing shit to where I can install or re-install at the snap of my fingers. Not having a DVD with HL2, source or HL1 source would bug the shit out of me.
