The IGN review of Left 4 Dead is now online they gave it 9.0.

There's absolutely no doubt that Left 4 Dead is one of the most social and exciting multiplayer games that we've ever played. It's almost pitch perfect in how it captures the tension and the action of a Hollywood zombie movie. This is an incredible and highly replayable multiplayer experience that's definitely worth checking out, especially if you're looking to prepare yourself for the inevitable zombie apocalypse. Just make sure you bring your friends.

The value proposition also takes a slight ding when you discover that the Versus mode that lets you play as the zombies against other humans is only available in two of the campaigns (No Mercy and Blood Harvest)

A not-so-bad review from a reviewer i generally find to be a complete jackass.... I understand the scenario number may be a problem after a while, even with the IMMENSE replayablity. I do disagree with 30 mins per scenario, it generally takes longer... And in terms of narrative, its valve, if they wanted to they coulda given it a super complex and amazing story, but its intended to be a light-hearted game where you simply get-in and kick some undead ass.... I hate it when reviewers dont judge a game for what its supposed to be...

Im not worried about content. Its Valve we will have more scenarios before we even know it.
