Ok heres the story, I play WOW and use vent. I do a play on the movie Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, and yell, EXTREME often. One of the guys that hangs out on the server is a Canadian college student, majoring in marketing.

His current course requires him to make a commercial for a unicycle, yes one of those. The commercail will be judged, and then aired on Canadian Tv.

He asks me to yell EXTREME and record it, and then send it to him. He was aslos privy to an old pic of me that he had before. This will also be in the commercial for credits. Here:

Anyway, the commercial won, and i will soon be on Canadian Tv. Since I recieved the news only recently, I dont know which channel or time, I will post that when i can.

haha ive seen my fair share of skinny army boys. doesnt matter, because it doesnt take much strength to push a button or pull a trigger. the basic physical requirements for the military arent based on strength, but on endurance and agility. you dont have to be strong to run a few miles or strong to do some crunches, or strong to do pull ups. im already up to the Marine Corps standards and im a pretty skinny kid myself, so its not exactly tough.

Running 6 miles isn't too bad if you're built for endurance and are relatively thin..***nning 6 miles with a 60lb backpack + 15lb - 20lb webbing and a 10lb rifle though, you need both strength and endurance.

Not sure if that's the right weights or the backpack is 60kg.

i dont know how much of american boot camp is done with battle order on, i know for example the royal marines spend almost all their time with 30kg's of gear on their back. our own marines dont do that as much. what i mean is you cant be weak but you dont have to be ah-nold either.
