I won mercenaries for $25.50 on ebay last wednesday and payed for it friday, and it's thursday and the item still isn't shipped (he said he'd ship last friday). It's being sent over USPS and it's from arizona to oklahoma..and he hasn't responded to 3 of my messages (I sent one yesterday asking when I can expect the item to be delivered).

Is it alright for me to feel angry and scared?:bonce:
 
Yeah course, I think I would too. Don't let it worry you too much though, I'm sure you'll hear something soon!

Haha, sorry for laughing, but your last sentence makes it sounds like you're waiting for results on if you have cancer or AIDS.

Ontopic: If I was you, I should wait and try to contact him for another week. If you then don't hear anything, try contacting eBay itself.

lol hes right, it does, its like one of those leaflets you pick up in the waiting room, with 'Jonny, 28, is scared he can't get it up anymore, is it okay to be scared?'

More on topic, ebay seems to be so dodgy with people not sending goods or sending the wrong goods, or fraudulant actions. You see many cases on the internet and pointed out on 'watchdog' (wooo!) which has put me off ever using it. Things like this drive that fear even further. You can't trust most strangers!
 
well, he did have a good rating (84, no negatives, all positive). so I trust him. Hopefully it comes today or tomorrow.

I don't really use eBay as much as I should - can't you report to eBay when things like this happen?

anyways you have 30 days to report fraud to ebay if they find out you were defrauded you'll get your money back ...dont sweat it
 
lol, I didnt know Mercanaries was a computer game...

So when I read this thread, my first thought was that Sanius had won the services of a contract killer on eBay (stranger things have happened) and was complaining because the 'hit' was not carried out to his satisfaction.

Appeared perfectly sensible to me.

If you don't hear from him soon, you have the right as the consumer to complain to eBay. Also, if you did this transaction over PayPal, I am sure you can cancel the money payment. I am not sure how PayPal works.. :(
 
Ebay can take longer just if the seller is lazy or does not check up on his emails daily
