I'm buying a house/condo/townhouse

Hey guys it's me, Im buying a house/condo or a townhouse its my first place so i wanted to see what you guys think about what im doing cause im a little scared. Im 23 i have a job in retail for about 9 years now and got a car thats payed off and roughly $15,000 in my bank account. And debt free . I'm lookin for somthin in the range of $150,000 to $170,000 range. I'ts basically me and my brother. If anyone cant help me as to what bills are involved in this i would appreciate it i know about morgage and utilities. Im real good with saving and things like that. If anyone has gone through this before let me know , cause im feelin kinda scared and happy dont know what to do really. I know i could handle it . Help

strata fees. monthly or yearly fees paid out the the building comittee for repairs and upkeep and such.

there are also laywer fees to pay for all the paper work.

almost got a condo myself untill a potential job is coming up so renting for the time being.
