Ah, so good.
Yesterday I just put up a small roof over my hammock, lied down in winterclothes and watched the snow fall.

What should I do next?

yeah, dude. it's not even brisk here in LA yet

...course...we almost never get snow here anyway... pfft...

Ah, I want to do that too. The weather we get down here on the west coast are umbrella-eating winds and hard rain...

Your getting snow? Take photo's, I miss the snow :(

I did to, that is the reason I went home again. :)
Sorry, my camera was broken during a nice walk during the woods but I will get a new one as soon as I can.

I miss snow too, should take about a month or two before we get it.

It was _supposed_ to be really cold weather here this week, chance of snow. What happens? Its HOT! ;(

UK weather sucks, never cold when its supposed to be.

I hate rain :( it's raining now... Hopefully it will snow here too within a month!

i am El Nino!!! El Nino is spanish for..............THE NINO!!!!

sigh ...el nino is spanish for "eres un jilepolla y un cabezon"

Hummm, talk about me, haven't seen snow in 2 years, haven't skied in 2 years, I need a bloody mountain and a pair of skies.

I can see snow if i drive for an hour inland but it doesnt come as often to me, enough to make a snowman usually. I want a white christmas this year dammit! hasnt happened in years.

Yeah, We haven't had a white Christmas in eyars either.

So hot spells during the past couple of summers have been nice but I want it to get cold again. I remember in my childhood, up in the hills the snow would often be deep enough for me to not be able to see over it if I walked straighed into it. In fact, I once jumped into a snowdrift(I was about 4) and was completely hidden from view for quite some time, I could get out either :( Fortunately though, my dad was on hand to save the day...

Nice to know you are home moppe....Lucky bar steward.

I want a christmas like the winter of '95. I remember it so clearly... 1m snow everywhere... chaos everywhere...no school :)

Ah yes... that was awesome!

Pff, thats nothing...Christmas 2003 was like "Snow...SNOW EVERYWHERE!"

Of course, later in the day I realised that I just had a sheet of paper stuck to my face, but it was fun while it lasted.
*May not have actually happened

Surprisingly, here it snows about 3 days a year. And even more surprising: those 3 days (luckily) are often the 24th, 25th and 26th of december... explain this to me, please?!

in 2003, ice fell. ice. a bunch of ice is all we've gotten. ice.

he still aint answered the otha dudes question, where are you from!?

Sweden... up north i think.

Edit: How far up are you moppe? Do you guys have night 24/7 yet or arent you so high up? :)

I never see snow... ever. Last time I saw snow was in early elementary school, for half an hour. Didn't even cover the ground.

Northeast side of Torneträsket, we have 24/7 night. :)

For all that is asking how much snow we get, about 2½ meters.

You guys can have some of the snow we'll be getting this winter. North Dakota sucks. It's always windy here. Walking from an apartment that is approx. 70 farenheight to the blustery tundra that has a wind chill of -50 ...yea...not cool at all.

I've never been in snow :(

This one time I was no more than 100 metres from a big patch, but we had to keep walking cause it wasn't on the track (walking across a mountain).

I feel sorry for you... i really do.

I love snow and all the fun things you can do with it. Playoing with sledges (and kill yourself in the process), cycling in snow (again, killing yourself in the process, drive cars on frozen lakes.. theres alot of things you can do :)

And you forgot the most important thing, snowmobiles.
I got 3 snowmobiles, one RX-1 and 2 Ockelbo 300 :)

Nah....Snowboarding is much more fun than going on a snowmobile.

I use my snowmobile more then my car, but then again, I need to do so.

Agh, I share your pain. I've been bitter about it ever since I saw some children's movie years ago about some kids who build a gigantic snow fort in the woods, with secret passages and everything.
