I him told it would be 249$ when he went to frys it was 330$
he still bought it he didnt call me jet but the looks of his mail he his very angry and if my mum finds out he spended that much on me

This is why I allways buy wholesale (no bizzare price changes) It comes in handy to have once part owned a computer store and being able to get everything 10-20% cheaper.

I feel bad when my father forks out more money than he should on me too. He's allready paying for another power supply becuase my current isn't powerfull enough.

Just pay the difference. Or you could allways drop it from a good enough height and return it saying "This is the condition it came as" aslong as no components fall out that allways works.
