im new to CS:source--wat is XFIRE?

ive played cs 1.6 but didnt really get into it and i plan on being more into CS:source. and on one server i play in theyre always asking if they have x-fire. so i was just wndering what it is and where i can get it? :sniper:

its an application that combines instant messaging(like MSN), voice over IP(like skype) and the ability to join the game servers that your friends play on
it rocks especially for bf2
