Im really scared!

When I just turned the volume on on my pc this music was playing. I cant find out where its coming from! Thers nothing that can be playing! Please, someone, give me an idea of what might beup, this is strange! It sounds like some kind of dance track.

Heh, once my brother picked up a french radio station with his guitar and amp. It happens sometimes.

Same thing happened to my TV once, it turned on in the middle of the night and volume went all the way up, the remote wouldn't work nor the buttons on the front of the TV. I unpluged it and it still wouldn't turn off for about another 5 seconds, and the sound was still playing. I don't know what caused it but I know how to prevent it, don't turn it off with the remote. I can use a sleep timer or turn it off manually but I can't use a remote, pretty weird.

Panic over.
When i had my speakers off i opend a web window which dissapreard. What had actually happend though was it had gone underneath the screen where i couldnt see and there was music on it.
