I get this kind of thing a lot.

Something that usually lights a fire under my ass is simply realizing that the day is going alright.

Sometimes you just need some calories. Reading something funny can help too.

If the day is going pretty smooth, I immediately get energized just thinking about making some coffee or hot chocolate. The caffeine will help too. This is a reward. Your brain is trained to reward you for rewarding yourself. Dopamine.

But anyway, reflect on some accomplishments that you've already done that day. That will also dose your brain with some feel good and that will give you some spirit.

(But don't get stressed out about things you didn't get done)
