I'm stuck at ....Last Level?!?!? i think.....

I think i'm in the last level, anyways i just finally met the guy whos always on the TVs and he's takes my now SUPED up gravgun and blasts me with it.... so now he's right about to teleport to another universe and i'm stuck at the top of this thing with Alyx Vance right behind me in the computer room. and i don't know what to do cause then screen goes black and it says mission failed or something.... what do i do?!?!!?!? ahhh thanks guys :thumbs:

Grab those protons from the power beams and shoot the top of the building where that big energy ball is.

Then you will see a some activity on top of the building, shoot the fins.
