I'm stuck because of a glitch (minor spoilers)

I'm in the chapter "our benefactors" and they took away my weapons but I can't jump. I've heard that this is a glitch, and I only have one save file (overwrite all the time) and in that savefile I can't jump either. Anyone have any ideas or a solution to get me to jump again? I need to jump to continue.

Just restart the game and skip to chapter 'our benefactors'

just load the level, then in console, type 'restart' that should do it.

I built a ramp using that monitor thing that you pass on the way. It's a pretty bad bug for them to miss (deffered?), heh. I thought it was supposed to be that way for a while though, heh.

It happens if you push jump while in the pod. So don't do that. Just choose "New Game" and then go to the benefactor chapter shmapter factor

Yeah, happened to me. I used the monitor also.
