I'm Stumped and need Assistance

I am at the "old red barn" in Half Life 2 and have gotten all the supplies that it offers. I have gone up stream where a character releases more supplies off of a bridge. After that, I have no clue on what to do next. I have looked into everything but do not seem to be going anywhere. Obviously I have not clicked or hit something. Please help....

Look around for some blue barrels and a ramp sitting in a pool of water. If you go under the water, you'll see there's a cage under the ramp. grab the blue barrels and put them in the cage.

yeh then full blast that shit off the ramp but if ur stuck on that u might want to brace urself because there are many more puzzles WAY harder to solve later on

Where does it jump to and how does it propel me?
I've already been up to the radiation pond on the upper
part and this I'm not able to pass. Also, I stacked
barrels and got up to the upper level and the game stopped
me from going further. Where I'm I jumping too?

You've just got to run the airboat up the ramp you've created with the barrels in the cage. Then keep going in the airboat. Shouldn't be a problem. If you still can't advance, just give us a specific obstacle that's blocking your way.

Jump over the box thingy into this other thingy...so you can turn of the muffin machine to make hot tasty muffins and some other things.
