Image enhancement program

Is there any kind of program out there that can clear up blurry pictures or sharpen decently crappy pictures taken from a video camera? If so I'd really appriciate knowing what it/they are.

Hmm, I think that's basically impossible... I mean, a picture is just a picture and the computer doesn't "know" anything more than you can see, so you can't just sharpen an image and get more detail from thin air.

But your best bet is messing around in Photoshop. But really there is no way of getting pixels from nothing.

Maybe try a trial of Paint Shop Pro. Not sure of any good free software.

You could use a light brush of the Sharpen tool in PS.
