In cs1.6 I can only find cs:s servers.

Okay I have a very wierd problem with my cs1.6. When I'm in the game I can only find cs:s servers, I mean normally the game your in only searches for it's own servers, but my cs1.6 only searches for cs:s servers, and one time only it displayed css and cs1.6 servers. And it has nothing to do with my filter, cause when your in a game like cs 1.6 for example you can't set teh filters to find dod games or so, you can only do that in the main server steam screen.
Anyway I also have to mention that I have hl2 but under a different account.

Ooh and I also have another problem I think, in cs1.6 I do not have the red dot at the center of my sniper crosshair, I just have nothing. See the pick below, now is that normal or not.

Well if anyone has any good solutions for it poast it, and thnx in advance for your attention.

hmmm thats odd, have you tried deleting your sprites and making steam download them again, that seems to be the problem. From many years ago, past experience although i am ashamed, the red dot can disappear if you are using cheats. So dont use em!
You may have a skin pack installed or something which you might need to reinstall or suchlike? Or maybe reinstall the entirity of CS if none of the above work.

Your server search problem, is something i think everyone has in a different form. The 'game' section has blanks in it for me, and i get source games in 1.6 and vice versa. The recent update has messed it up quite badly, and i think it will be fixed soon. Your problem seems to be slightly worse, so i'd advise contacting steam admin staff for help, unless you can find anything on the steampowered forums?

Are you sure they are going to fix it cause I think they said that they are not going to update old cs or hl again, and I think that also means bugfixes.
But anyway thnx for your advice.
