In-game music

i was just wondering if there was a way of listening to the music without being in game. If not, is the soundtrack available separately?sorry if its already been posted. thanks.

you'll have to get the soundtrack.

As far as I know, it's not sold seperatly as of yet.

use GCFScape and go into source sounds -> ambient and extract them all

The folder ambient appears to contain mostly sound effects... Explosions, Alarms, Fire, Gas...

Yes you did good. I was wondering the same thing but had been looking in half-life 2 content.gcf instead of source sounds.gcf. The world is mine!

(Soon I will be extracting all the FFXI music too, I got a tool to do it with. )
