We wanted to fill in the community on some new in-house development. We have been working hard and crunching away on adding features as well as getting new builds together for testing. We owe a big thanks to the community, as members such as Darkle have been kind enough to host dedicated testing servers. We appreciate this very much.

We recently got the drivable vehicle code in game. It is using client-side prediction, meaning no increasing of lag or latency. The vehicles will feature new handling as well as new features such as passengers, turrets and other aspects. Still needs some touching up, but they are extremely fun to drive.

We have added new weapons, HUD is in game, dinosaur code is done, the Trex is being skinned by a great guy by the name of threedeeanim8r. Things are going great so we composed this image to show you what we have been working on currently:

The developers of Incoming Source are currently hiring in various positions. We are a looking to extend the team to become a bit larger as well as finish the game. We are currently around the 70% mark and just have a few more steps to go. If you are looking for a great mod that is near release, that has an established name, as well as the tools and resources to succeed, we would love to take a look at your samples of work as well as any information about you or why you are interested in working with us.

We are currently hiring in the following spots:
1. Weapon Modeler
We are 100% finished with our human weapons. All we have left is 5 Alien weapons. The concepts for the alien weapons are finished and ready for the modelers.

2. Player Animator
We are currently looking for a player animator to focus on a few, but simple player animations. It will help create a more immersive feel in the game.

3. Prop Modeler
Are you good at making map objects? We are looking for someone that can either create organic models, such as trees, bushes, as well as other objects for cities as well as military bases. If you can do both, that is great too.

Sound Artist
We are currently looking for an Audio Developer. This entails the ability to make gun sounds, vehicle sounds, ambient sounds as well as animal sounds.

Do you feel you fit the role of one of those positions? Are you good at another position that is not listed? Send your application anyways!

the vehicle looks too blocky but it still looks cool huzzah!

From the back it looks like the one in Aliens but the front is fairly different.

I must agree, not a big fan of that vehicle thing at all. Everything else looks shiny and clean, therefore good stuff. But really that car, no D:

Can you kill dinosaurs by hitting them with the car?

ahaha you guys crack me up.. despite the fact that it looks like a freaking box, its very close to a blocky RC car.. shows how much creativity you have when you dont steal your designs

I dunno, Haarij, have you ever seen a buggy of that design before? Plus it seems to boast functionality: for wheels that big the engine has got to be in the rear (notice the grille on the back), which is counterweighted by the passengers in the front. The open-style, windscreen-less roll cage is presumably to enable soldiers to shoot out of it. It may not look pretty, but it seems functional at first glance.

lmao! That is harsh, but nonetheless very funny, i pussy footed around saying i didn't like the design, Harij right in there with a piece of his mind.

I dont know why you guys gotta sit around and bash this mod to death left and right, It seems to me these guys are trying to make a pretty good game. If you dont like it, GO MAKE YOUR OWN MOD... NOOB!
