Individual CS Skins

Is it possible to add in a custom or different CS skin for only one of the players?

I'm sure that projects such as SourceMod will allow that once they are completed. Someone will write such a plugin.

Amxmodx had a plugin like that for CS 1.6. The admins on one server I play on were high quality models of Neo and Mr. Smith depending on which team they were on. It was pretty cool.
