Inferno style physics

ok i just played inferno for the first time... i was impressed by the barrels and how i could jump on them and push them around unlike the rest of hte maps (dust prodigy italy etc) i was wondering how this was done? :laugh: im makeing a half baked map right now :p
 
Simply a prop_physics. Stuff in cs_office and dust are prop_physics_multiplayer.

how long douse it take to compile a map about 3/4th the size of dust?
 
Depends entirely on how good your brushwork is. Also depends on how well you've used lights / entities.
