Information on watercooling please.

Ive been looking around the internet and i just suck at trying to find good stuff. Im wanting for the pc i build next year to go to the next level. I have built 4 pcs so far in my time and they all have used regular air cooling and i would like to move onto water cooling for my processor and my new next summer ATI card.

What water cooling solution do you suggest?

Good ones for around 200 that include all thats needed or do i need to go higher for good quality?

Are their sites that focus on water cooling reviweing and such?

They have a comprehensive set of stickies that should give you an idea what to look for. And then you can search the threads for what those people suggest. Lots of useful information at this site in general.
