Installation errors

so i reformatted my hard disk and was going to install and then on the second disk it gives a cannot find file in hl22.cab although i have selected counterstrike to install as well. but then when i retry it gives the same error on the 3RD Disk then so on. anyhelp ? and should i buy a new copy ?

not really, it didnt give any errors this time i installed. the errors are so random like only 1 in 1 million chances that the game will install without an error
