Hi all,
First post here. I'm having a few problems with my installation of HL2. I've installed the game completely, but when it comes to opening it up, obviously I need to create a Steam account. When I try and create one, I get to the stage of entering an email address when it tells me, "failed with error 201: cannot perform this operation while offline". Even though I am connected to the internet and my firewall is disabled.
I also, have not had to enter my CD key yet.
Sorry if this is ridiculously obvious, but I couldn't see anything on any of these forums.
Anybody got any ideas?
