Installing Flash without Admin Rights

I use Firefox and IE at work and neither have flash installed, anyway round this?

I don't know of any other way. Thinstall basically lets you run a program, any program really, without it actually being installed on your computer. I don't use it but I've heard it mentioned before and that it works well. You just apparently pop in your portable dvd or flash stick or whatever and bam, you can run the program and it operates like it would if it was installed on your computer. And you don't need admin rights or anything.
