Installing HL2 in drive other than C:??

I just added a new SATA HD, and wanted to re-install all my games there.
I want to put HL2/CS:S into H: drive, I cannot see a way from the install CD how to change the default setting of Crogram Files\...
Can this be done? And if so, How?
I already removed HL2 from my C: drive, and I really wanted to play this weekend, bad enuff I lost all my resource files, but no gaming too???

u need to copy the GCF's from your steam apps folder,

uninstall steam

reinstall it to you new drive

paste your gcf's back in
