Internet is acting wierd

Just this morning my internet started acting strange, web pages take a really long time to load, it can be up to 5 minutes (before it took just a second), even my router is slow, trying to change settings on it takes just as long. The wierd thing though is that games work just fine, and my ping in ventrillo was 31. I ran adaware and spyware, and a virus scan and it came up with nothing. Has this happened to anyone before? I have no idea what this could be.

goto start, run, type, cmd press enter, then in dos type ipconfig/release press enter, wait about 30secs, then type ipconfig/renew press enter once ur addresses av restored just press the small on top right. this shid work.

You could also try "WinsockxpFix"..... worked for me a couple times..

Not sure what happened, I went downstairs and unplugged everything, and then plugged it back in after a couple minutes. I went upstairs and disabled one of my local connection things and it works fine now.
