internet problem

WTF my msn works (only if i disable norton anti-virus/internet security) hl2 DM sometimes works and i can RARELY get on ANY internet site....WTF is going on here??

All the lights are on my internet thing, i tried disconnecting it/reconnecting it and that didn;t work.

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks
