iPod owners... come hither!!!

is it worth the $40 to get the iPod dock?? or will the simple USB 2.0 cable do the same thing?

You can use a Firewire connection without the dock. That's what I do.

So... no, I wouldn't spend an extra $40 on the dock.

Dock, no...unless you have it next to a speaker setup.

i know.. put firewire cards are $40 and i don't have teh money to spend on it

I have teh gay 1st gen iPod so I can't use the dock.

If I could get one I would just for the coolness factor.
