ipod problem...

My music and video works great, but I can't get pictures on it for some reason. They're in jpeg format which the ipod supports. When I have it sync with my ipod my ipod says Could not update. The disk could not be read or written to. Any ideas?

did you try formating the ipod so its back to factory state?
i had a similar problem where i couldnt add album art, but when i reformated it worked
