If it's a 350W Q-Tec/Unbranded forget it. Actually even if it was a 550 Q-Tec ... forget it. Yes some Q-Tec 550W are good... other's set on fire. Your choice.
Not all PSUs are created equal. A watt rating from one PSU does not give the same power as another PSU with the same rating.
