I know what you mean. I was hopeing for a 4th to 10th ish release but now we have a very well backed release date.

Same here, I thought I was gonna be more excited than this. Guess not. I wasted ALL my excitement before the gold announcement. That last little bit went away yesterday since I thought HL2 wouldnt go gold today.
