is d3 worth buying?

I made this thread in advance of the official release date (tommorow for me) because I won't be on tommorow. I just wanted to know, is D3 worth buying? I have seen many varying opinions, and I wanted to hear just how good (or bad) the game is from the perspective of HL2 fans. I know that if even rabid HL2 fanboys like me or some other people on this fourms end up liking d3 that it really must be pretty good. :cheers:

If you like games that scare you and are intense this game should suit you well I would think. I agree with Mac though depends on money you have and interests.

im guessing not cuz there'd be no question.
do you like good graphics and a decent plot and being scared shitless?
