DX11 code is in Win7. Soon to be an update for Vista (few weeks after Win7 launch).
DX11 hardware is out (ATI HD 5000 cards)
DX11 software is out. 2 games (Battleforge and new Stalker) and a benchmark are out now. 2 more games by the end of the year.

Hmm, so even with this fix for Vista you wont get the advantages of DX11 unless you have a DX11 compatible card, of which there are only the ATI 5000 cards?
