not true, there is no standardized law (at least here in the U.S.) that says you can't sell any game you want to minors. It isin't anywhere near as regulated as the movie industry. The ratings simply serve as guidlines to parents or gaurdians.
I was playing M when I was 9-10. But, it really doesn't matter. It's just that Senator Joe says that kids get violent, to the point of being homicidal. I that only implies to mentally unstable kids, whose parents don't give a shit about them.
well you do need a parent pretty much to order them... but it doesnt matter really about ratings because most stores dont even care when i buy a mature game
It would be like owning DVDs that are rated R when you're 14. The worst that can happen is having your parents give you hell over it, assuming they're uptight about that kind of thing.
